Maundy Thursday: 1st Century Communion

Maundy Thursday: 1st Century Communion

Maundy Thursday is traditionally the date of the Last Supper, when Jesus sat down with his disciples one last time and gave them symbols that would become traditions that have united all Christians down through the millennia.  These symbols communicate the most important truths that unite us all.

Prepare your hearts for Easter and join us as we take a special journey into the heart of Jesus, commemorating His last supper with the symbols He passed on to us, and how they reflect Jesus’ work in our past, in our present, and in what is yet to come.  The meal will be pot luck, so let Pastor Oliver know what you would like to bring.  Starts at 6:30pm March 29 at Island of Hope.
